Energy shortage has become today's remarkable problems.As the rapid growth of our economy,the situation of ecological construction and environmental protection with the excessive consumption of energy is very severe,and building energy consumption accounts for about 27% of the total en ergy consumption of national economy,at present our country northwest area residential building is built in the nineties of the last century more no insulation energy-saving measures of existing buildings,and large,these buildings are widespread poor in sulation,high energy consumption,heating equipment backward,poor living comfort problem,so for the residential building energy-saving renovation is the livelihood of the people subject to be solved at present.Zhangye City,a large number of existing r esidential buildings,and the area of building energy-saving content by the local level of economic development and climate conditions greater impact,it should be adapted to local conditions for the construction of energy-saving program optimization and evaluation.In this study,a lot of relevant literatures were read and the local buildings in Zhangye city were investigated in detail,and three typical residential areas were selected to formulate a detailed energy-saving renovation plan for residential building envelope,indoor heating,Heat system and other field testing and comprehensive transformation,and after the energy-saving reform of building with integrated solar heating system,and energy-saving transformation of the building after the transf ormation of benefit evaluation,energy-saving residential building energy-saving renovation of the existing theoretical value of 71.8%,energy-saving rate of 68.8% measured to meet energy-Objectives.At the same time,the annual coal consumption of the ex isting buildings is 5195.6tons of standard coal,the emission of CO2 is 12833.1 tons per year,the emission of SO2 is 103.9 tons per year,and the emission of smoke is 51.96 tons per year.519.56 million Yuan.If jin yuan village 45 building solar energy h eating system energy saving renovation,is expected to save cost 1.606 million yuan each year.Based on the study and evaluation of typical residential buildings in Zhangye City,this paper summarizes the optimal scheme of local energy-saving renovation,improves the living comfort of the energy-saving building,reduces the cost of living expenses,Government supplement to the building energy-saving renovation database,but also help the local building energy-saving projects related examples of reference.
