Fuze safety system main function is to ensure the safety and use of service, including:Explosion institutions; ignition control system; explosion sequences, etc.It is a key componentof the fuze. In this system, security system fuze explosion mechanism is a very critical part ofthe design, it has two effects: Explosion and arming.Existing Flame proof devices include non-inline methodologies whereby the detonator isseparated from the booster segment,which makes the energy of detonators can not be passedto the main charge by the booster segment,The isolation is achieved by rotating or the slider,ifthe accident is released ahead of the insurance,it will damage its own personnel andequipment.Therefore,this paper presents a multiple mechanism to avoid accidental detonation,The agency based on the original non-line explosion mechanism, based on the detonatingpath lengthened, and the Booster into multiple and isolated from each other, which is to befurther decomposed Booster energy only when all work together Booster only have enoughenergy to detonate the main charge, thus further ensuring the safety. Based on the principle ofmulti-proof mechanism, reference to the US127mm rockets with a multi-purposesubmunitions M231fuze used as the prototype for multiple proof mechanism design andrelated calculations, assembly drawing and parts diagram, build multi-proof mechanismmodel and its simulation, verification of the feasibility of the structure.
