Trajectory correction projectile play as a development direction of smart ammunition, with itsadvantage of low cost and high precision,become a hot in recent years the development ofweapons.This technique filled the gap between normal munitions and guided missiles.One-dimensional trajectory correction as a transitional technology has been mature.Traditional one-dimensional trajectory correction projectile can only to fuse to make changes,use resistance mechanism to increase its windward area, hence to change the external ballisticstress characteristics. By controlling the moment of resistance mechanism unfold can becontrolled ammunition fall site, achieve the goal of trajectory correction can be achieved. Inthis paper, we study the small diameter of one dimension trajectory correction technology. Itsmain goal is to get the existing one-dimensional trajectory correction module miniaturization,especially the resistance mechanism of miniaturization.Under the premise of without changing the projectile shape,aiming at a kind of grenadelauncher, this paper designed two kind of resistance mechanism. One of the resistancemechanisms can provide two kinds of aerodynamic shape. This paper simulates the twoinstitutions in mechanism motion of the projectile flight environment. Obtained by themethod of finite element numerical calculate system by transmitting overload, and stressstrain of movement and under the influence of air resistance.After installed two resistance mechanism, grenade produces four kinds of aerodynamic shape.For four models respectively under subsonic condition has carried on the finite volumemethod of air dynamics simulation. First of all, to0°angle nutation, air resistance aresimulated. Meanwhile,The aerodynamic performance of resistance mechanism was verified.Provide the basis for trajectory calculation. Then, to4°angle nutation, the drag, lift andpitching moment of the projectile was simulated, Study the influence of resistance mechanismopen the flight stability.Because of small grenade space constraints, trajectory identification can only do the shot velocity and Angle. First, calculate the affect of deviation ballistic placement by the shotvelocity and Angle Pneumatic model to calculate the three foreign ballistic correction ability.Small beam angle and close range to calculate the vertical correction. Big shot Angle oflong-range calculate the range correction. Then explore the other functions of trajectorycorrection projectile. Including changing trajectory curvature correction and two layers ofresistance twice. Finally summarizes the trajectory correction calculation results, and putsforward the small-bore one dimensional correct projectile correction strategyrecommendations. This research has important significance in addition to the productdevelopment of small caliber grenade, some of these institutions principle and aerodynamicanalysis and correction strategy research also has reference value for large caliber ballisticcorrection.
