In the development process of the modern missile telemetry technology have become anessential part of the missile and Control System. The ordinary telemetry system can only getreal-time tracking and missile-related attitude parameters, the relevant environmentalparameters or working conditions, To combine the Visual simulation with Telemetry can usethe trajectory parameters to drive the missile timely and effectively in the3D scene. It willgreatly reduce development costs, improve R&D efficiency incredibly, the whole processcan be repeated several times. The work of this thesis is as follows:Firstly, we have designed the hardware of telemetry monitoring system coordinate withintelligent acceleration sensor and GPS/GPRS positioning communication systemsincluding STM32F103ZE main processor and Power peripheral circuits, as well as theU-blox module which is responsible for GPS, SIM900A communication modules andcombines MPU6050and Geomagnetic sensor HMC5883L.This project use the data which comes from navigation, Measured by tri-axialaccelerometer, three-axis gyroscope, three-axis magnetometer and GPS receiver module.After Collection, processing and transmission, Then Visual client receives data transmittedand processed by the TCP/IP Protocol, and synchronize the real-time visual simulation.According to high speed running missiles equipped with multiple sensors, Kalmanfiltering algorithm was used in data fusion, and theoretically proved colored noise whiteprocessing. According to airborne multi-sensor data fusion, Better and more accuratemissiles and other data posture optimal estimation was given.This paper, using the Visual simulation platform to create more realistic3D combat scenes,all models were driven by telemetry monitored data, to vivid and display the flight trajectory,flight parameters. The whole simulation system can be viewed and repeated multiple times,Helpful to improve the efficiency of new missiles research and significantly reduce the costs.
