Telemetry is an essential way on obtaining flight data of a missile, but it is limited totwo-dimensional displaying mode previously, such as the flying trajectory and somemonotonous data displaying, it is difficult for people to see more deeply on the flight attitudeand some minor changes. Visual simulation is one of the most promising high-techtechnologies in twenty-first century, it is also a kind of science that can be able to extendhuman’s sensory organs, it is often used in virtual reality, driving simulation and scenereappearance etc., which depends on building vivid virtual things using3D modelingtechnology. This paper has designed a visual telemetering monitoring system which based onembedded system and Unity3D simulation software, the system can make full use of the flightdata to represent the whole process, reflecting each moment of the flight attitude. The mainworks are as follows:1. Complete the designing of hardware of missile visual telemetering Monitoring system,which can realize the data collection from the acceleration sensor and the communicationbetween hardware system and PC by GPRS. The whole hardware system has severalparts, including the S3C2440motherboard and power supplying circuit; the accelerationacquisition module, MPU-6050; the GPS positioning module, SIRF StarIII and theGPRS communication module control circuit, MC35i.2. According to the hardware system, we design some driver programming for each part,including the device drivers of acceleration acquisition module, GPS navigation deviceand GPRS mobile communication device and the communication programming forhardware and PC, which receive data through Socket Programming, finally, we carry outthe real-time visual simulation on PC. 3. As the low accuracy of global positioning system, we carry out the triple differencesingle point positioning algorithm and make some improvement. Including theKlobuchar model for correcting the errors caused by the ionosphere, the Hopfield andSaastamoinen model for correcting the errors caused by the troposphere, which have agood performance on reducing the positioning error of GPS systemThe new monitoring system can give people a strong visual impact and has great effect on thedevelopment efficiency of weapons and ammunition.
