Research On BIM Cooperative Design Of Reinforced Concrete Frame Structure

In recent years, with the development of computer technology,3D technology is becoming more and more mature. The appearance of BIM concept led the entire building industry innovation. Especially in some developed countries, they have a mature BIM technology applied to the structure design. However, at the present stage of our country related BIM specification was written and collected. BIM technology is still in the research and exploration stage.First, this paper explores the basic process of BIM collaborative design, summed up the implementation of collaborative design steps. Secondly, After the collaborative design work flow determined,the author through the concrete frame office building in Nanjing as an example, to explore the process of BIM technology in the structural design in our country, and found the major question. This paper will be based on the Revit Structure to complete this example, and use Autodesk Robot Structural Analysis Professional and PKPM for calculation. Finally through shared parameters to achieve the construction of the diagram, and use the REX to add reinforcement.Through the project example I found the most important obstacle is the transfer between core of BIM modeling software and finite element analysis software. About this question, this paper summarizes the main methods of BIM modeling software and finite element analysis software transfer. Among them, explore the mature methods, through engineering examples, summarized the structure design personnel attention problems in transformation, and summarizes the technical requirements in accordance with BIM soft core modeling and finite element analysis transfer; To not mature method, I solve the problem through the software development which was based on YJK and AECOsim Building Designer.
