The implementation of the HS power plant networkintelligent control system platform project is a kind of application innovation. Intelligentheating network management platform is the core and central system of HS power plant safeoperation which adopts many cutting-edge technologies to ensure the economic operation ofthe network.In this paper, the HS thermal power plant intelligent network control system projectconstruction and operation as the focus, discusses the function, effect and comprehensivebenefit of the system. First, focus on the analysis of structure design, function module of thesystem, discusses the technical route and the feasibility of design scheme of the system,shows the system platform based on business demand which includes the heating networkbased data acquisition, real-time data upload, and aggregated into large data, and throughintelligent control system analysis system to guide the operation of the heating network.Secondly, through the comparison of actual operation data, verify the significant benefitsachieved in energy saving by application of the heating network control system, so as toestablish an application example in the field of public utilities through informationtechnology to promote energy saving and improve the management efficiency and theeconomic efficiency.
