BIM Based Scheme For Comprehensive Pipeline Layout Of Commercial Complex And Its Economic Benefit Analysis

With the rapid development of information technology in China,building information is also gradually developing,and BIM Technology is an important part of the development of building information.In recent years,with the in-depth application of BIM Technology in the construction industry,as a new technology and new concept,it runs through the design,construction,operation and maintenance stages of the construction industry and serves all parties.Due to the imperfection of technology,talent and policy in the early stage of new technology,it is inevitable that there is an asymmetry between investment and income.It is difficult to evaluate the application value of BIM based project management and operation and maintenance services,and the related applications are relatively few.However,pipeline integration is widely used with the most obvious advantage of application effect,especially in commercial complex.Pipeline layout based on BIM can directly see the positioning of various complex pipelines,solve the problem of pipeline spatial layout,and integrate the information of pipelines and space to make reasonable spatial planning.At the same time,it also puts forward high requirements for BIM engineers.Nowadays,there are few talents who can understand construction,design and precise modeling.Whether the scheme based on certain comprehensive management design principles can be implemented,whether the scheme is economical and reasonable,and how the time and personnel energy consumption are.There is no fixed scheme in advance,and it is difficult to have a good evaluation afterwards.At present,researches at home and abroad focus on the results of the arrangement,but there are still some deficiencies in the study of the arrangement scheme that forms the results.This paper takes the pipeline layout of commercial complex as the research object,through modeling,attempts to establish a set of practical,economic and efficient general layout scheme,which lays the foundation for the quality of management synthesis and contributes to the successful implementation of BIM Technology.(1)Through the collation and summary of relevant papers on pipeline synthesis and pipeline optimization design at home and abroad,it’s useful for further determining the research problems and direction.Then,it summarizes and analyzes the structural characteristics and pipeline characteristics of the commercial complex,defines the layout principle of the pipeline of the commercial complex,and provides the preconditions for the research of the scheme.The layout process is divided into difficult layout and general parts layout.Firstly,the difficult areas should be found out.According to the different layout rules and order,the length of pipelines and the number of pipe fittings are defined,and 24 kinds of layout order models of four kinds of pipelines,including non pressure pipe(with a certain slope),pressure pipe,bridge and air pipe,are constructed,According to the optimal price,all kinds of pipelines are arranged according to the rules.The rest of the positions are arranged according to the overall arrangement idea.(2)According to the above scheme,the layout optimization of comprehensive management is carried out for the actual project case.According to the different amount of money spent by different layout schemes,and taking the engineering feasibility and economic rationality as the limiting conditions,the Matlab toolbox is used to solve the problem,and the best pipeline layout sequence of difficult parts is selected,and then the detailed arrangement is carried out to complete the comprehensive management layout of the project.(3)The paper compares the comprehensive management plan obtained by this method with the plan not used,comprehensively analyzes the economic benefits of the results,and proves the practicability of this plan.At the same time,the paper calculates the economic benefits of the application points of BIM Technology in the case enterprise,and calculates the economic benefits of three common application methods through induction and AHP,and puts forward relevant application suggestions on whether the enterprise will use the model for construction business data integration and platform management on the basis of comprehensive management.
