| Social development demands a more and more high quality and reliability on the power supply, while the traditional distribution network operation and management methods can not further improve the management level and the power supply reliability of the distribution network only more. With the rapid development and maturity of the distribution automation technology, construction of distribution automation system has become very important basis and means for improving the distribution network intelligent and self healing.In order to provide better electricity supply, power supply utilitis in China are busy in the planning and implementation of power distribution network automation.The construction of distribution automation system is a large integrated task,and its implementation must be run in sub regional, phased, planned and step by stepped way. In this paper, based on a comprehensive overview of domestic and international distribution network automation development process and the status quo,and an extensive analysis and study of the current distribution automation technologies, and a deep understanding on the basic concepts and architecture of the automation of distribution network, a lot of job has beed done on the planning, implementation and benefit analysis of the distribution network automation system for Zhuhai.The background, significance, importance and feasibility to implement the distribution automation planning for Zhuhai has been analyzed; through the analysis of the development process and construction mode of domestic and international distribution network automation, combined with the operation and management status and actual situation of the Zhuhai distribution network, detailed planning and design has been conducted for Zhuhai's network automation, the focus is on the system architecture planning and design of the Zhuhai distribution network automation, including the planning and design of information system integration for the distribution automation, and the planning and design of the master and slaver terminals for the distribution network; according to the by step implementation principle, based on their actual circumstances of different distribut areas, the construction and implementation plans for each year of each planning period has been made, including the construction and rehabilitation programs for the first side system of the distribution system, the planning and implementation programs for the main station layer, communication layer and terminal layer of the distribution network automation; finally, a benefit analysis and risk assessment is studied,,and some risk control measures are proposed. |
