Project Design Based On Objective Of Regional Integrated Development

Integrating regional development not only can promote the project schedule ofthe construction, but also can reduce environmental destruction and construction costwhich produce in project construction. Jiuzhong bridge of Beijing is an importantexternal traffic channel in the planning of San Haizi country park. The San Haizicountry park is the core of Nanjiao ecological park. The external traffic channel couldhelp to curry out the strategy of Country Park and the overall planning of the city. Itcould also help to improve the regional environment and green space of city.Moreover, it promotes a comprehensive development and the optimization of spatialstructure of south city. Consequently, the reasonable design and the feasibility studyof municipal engineering is essential.Firstly, this paper analyzes the basic conditions of the municipal engineeringwhich includes the natural-geographical condition, land condition, traffic and materialsupply conditions. The internal and external networks which serve for the municipalengineering are investigated. And the survey date is analyzed. According to theoverall plan of network, the generation-attraction rate model is applied to predict thetraffic generation of the municipal engineering. Because of lacking traffic survey data,growth factor method is used to predict the traffic volume of segment.On the basic of traffic demand forecasting results, this paper puts forward threeroad construction planswhich follow the general design principle and emphasis on thedesign of road plane, profile, cross section, the structure of the road and bridgeengineering. The scheme whose roads are design as three breadth roads and sideroads could allow motor vehicles and non-motor vehicles running is recommended asthe optimal program. Moreover, the corresponding ancillary facilities engineering, themunicipal engineering, and the requisition and dismantle to move engineering are discussed and calculated.Finally, this paper evaluates the possible influence of the municipal engineeringproject in the aspect of environment, energy-saving, economic evaluation and socialevaluation. The result shows that the project is the important measures for theimplementation of the overall plan of Beijing. What’s more, It’sof great significanceto speed up the south city and the southern region development and promote regionaleconomic, social and environmental comprehensive coordinated development.Therefore, the project scheme is feasible and the project is necessary.
