Research On Performance Evaluation Of Municipal Engineering Project

For a long time,China's infrastructure construction is lagging behind,in order to meet the continuous development of social needs,the country to carry out a lot of efforts to promote the rapid growth of municipal engineering projects,but with the increase in the number of simultaneous,municipal engineering construction has not achieved the desired effect,there are many problems in development.Such as the use of funds is not sufficient,public recognition is not high,these problems are to some extent affected the performance of municipal engineering.Therefore,the performance management of municipal engineering is widely concerned by the industry,a large number of scholars and experts to study,in order to obtain the research results of universal significance.However,at the present stage,the performance evaluation of municipal engineering project is still in the primary stage,and it has not formed a systematic and standardized system.Whether the evaluation theory,evaluation index or evaluation method,there are some problems.In order to solve these problems,we need to study the characteristics of municipal projects.Firstly,we should clarify the concept of performance evaluation,and establish feasible,credible and efficient performance evaluation theory.Based on this,this paper establishes the performance evaluation system of municipal engineering project and carries on the application research.This paper introduces the research status in this field at home and abroad,to the problems that may be encountered in the actual evaluation of municipal project were summarized and abduction,summarized from the effect of evaluation of municipal engineering project may cause major impact on a variety of factors,and on this basis,the principle and evaluation method of analytic hierarchy process(AHP)is used to,combined with my practical content,drainage of the main urban area of Chongqing City(rain)waterlogging comprehensive planning of municipal engineering project performance evaluation model is created and the project were performance evaluation.
