Investigation And Study Of Architecture Programming Based On Theory Of The The Whole Process Of Architectural Design

Now in China the area of construction of buildings every year ranks first in the world, but the distance from the world’s advanced level in the architectural design still have quite a gap. There are Chinese people worship things point of view, however, lack of long-term and extensive on the theory and practice of design process, especially architecture programming is one of the important reasons for the domestic architects to reach the international advanced level of architecture design. This paper analyzes the evolution of two generations of movement in architectural design methodology, and introduces the domestic research on architectural design methodology and theory of architecture programming. The construction of professional vocabulary will be translated into the whole process of architectural design process of the structure by setting Morris Asimow’s morphological structure as the prototype in many theories of the design methodology. Through the establishment of structure design process in theory and the practice of RIBA (UK) and AIA (USA) standard design process mutual authentication, it is concluded that a priority for the architectural design is the theory of architecture programming.Through investigation and study of actual cases both at home and abroad, and proves that the success of the architecture programming can not only ensure that the architectural design in accordance with the owner of the original thought implementation, but also can achieve more than the owner expected rationality; While the failure of architecture programming major errors inevitably lead to the architectural design.Finally, based on the status quo of domestic architecture programming lag in both objective and subjective aspects put forward the idea to promote the development of its, and exercise based on real estate development of "Client Architect" phenomenon of the architectural programming function to the development of domestic architecture programming to give a positive outlook.
