In recent years, China’s preschool education development is rapid, kindergarten architectural design level also made great progress. However, due to the kindergarten construction in great demand and short construction period and other reasons, some of kindergarten buildings are insufficient detail design. To use, such as the kindergarten special principal object buildings, more shouldbe given priority to with children’s psychological and physiological characteristics to pay attention to the functional needs of children, this articleis to discuss based on the physiological characteristics of children in kindergarten architecture detail design.First analyzed the physiological characteristics of children, to study the children1s characteristics and behavior characteristics, the content of the scale are summarized and the architectural design, visual scale associated with larger body scale, spatial scale, physical behavior, cognitive behavior of six main communication content. In kindergarten construction, detail design elements are studied on the basis of the analysis of these characteristics on kindergarten construction detail design is discussed and the influence of the response to the point. At the same time, combined with the author in the practice of the kindergarten architectural design case, theory with practice, and further elabotated the kindergarten based on children’s physical characteristics under construction detail design train of thought.
