The Research Of Rural Culture Construction In Deqing From The Perspective Of Rural Planning

New rural construction has achieved initial success after ten years. Rural landscape has gradually improved, and rural economic construction has steadily promoted. However, under the new era background of the "beautiful country" construction, the rural planning which emphasis on the material elements shows the lack of research on rural character and rural culture. It leads the phenomenon that many village, missing geographical and cultural characteristics, has similar features becoming mainstream. For this reason, this paper has researched rural cultural construction from the planning perspective, hoping to promote the improvement of rural culture construction. This paper is composed of four parts:In the first part, this part reflects on the current rural cultural construction status. According that, there exist the following problems:the lack of overall planning’s leading on county scale level; the lack of space supporting research on cultural construction; the lack of development on industrialization of cultural.In the second part, explaining the concepts of the rural culture construction; unscrambling the main content of the rural culture construction from the planning perspective; pointing out the differences of focus on the rural culture construction between planning perspective and the others; acquiring reference from the theory researches and practice experience on both domestic and overseas rural culture construction.In the third part, setting goals and principles of rural culture construction, according to the summary of the above research; putting forward the method of the rural cultural construction under the perspective of planning, including the construction of resource system assessment, the layout of cultural space, the enhancement of industrial development and the construction of support system.In the fourth part, designing the case of Deqing village cultural planning, regarding the practice projects which the author participated in as the supporting, regarding the villages in Deqing as the research object, regarding the rural cultural construction method mentioned in this paper as the guide. Meanwhile, completing an empirical study based on the theory and method and combining the theory with practice.
