Maritime Safety Assessment And Supervision Research For Passenger Ship

In recent years, Shandong Maritime Safety Administration constantly strengthened the safety management of passenger ship, and increased of water safety supervision and the search for investment, the establishment of a series of management system, the level of safety and traffic safety supervision, passenger emergency response capability has been greatly improved. But along with the shipping economy remains in the doldrums and social rapid promotion on the demand of passenger transport, passenger transport on water safety management work still exist management consciousness, the division of responsibilities is not clear, system is not perfect, the quality of the crew is not high, the main responsibility to implement is not in place and so on. In this paper, through the analysis on the part of the passenger ship accidents, characteristics, research on passenger ship accident reason, regulatory focus and difficulty, using the viewpoints and methods of system theory, by means of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation in fuzzy mathematics, the establishment of evaluation of quantitative evaluation of passenger ship transportation safety reliability model. Combined with the actual maritime work experience, explore the Shandong area passenger ship maritime supervision points for passenger ships, maritime safety supervision mode reform is discussed.
