Concrete batching machine frame quality directly affects the level of concrete material matching, thus affecting the quality of concrete. In this paper, a concrete batching machine frame for the design of the key parameters, and according to the obtained parameters on the rack in the Pro/Engineering to the design of3D model. And to simplify the design good model after imported into the finite element analysis software NASTRAN, the frame of the finite element analysis model. Then analyses the points of material in the process of load calculation, and the load applied on the finite element model, on the distributor frame structure analysis, buckling analysis, get the frame stress and strain diagram and the buckling results. Through the analysis of the safety factor of the frame is higher, the material utilization rate is low, the structure optimization analysis was carried out on the rack, the results showed that:The biggest stress concentration in the lower part of frame, the finite element stress concentrate. The original frame of the maximum stress of material stress greater than the frame, the frame design should be safe. The optimized frame of high material utilization, frame weight is lighter, can satisfy the requirement of the distributor stiffness and strength at the same time. Distributor of the work frequency of the generator is far lower than the natural frequency of the frame, frame work stability, resonance will not occur.Distributor frame modeling, this paper is to concrete structure analysis and optimization of integration, a comprehensive study to improve the design quality, reliability, and the frame of the material utilization has important significance.
