With the development of real estate, property prices gradually rise, buyers for somedetails of the residential itself also put forward higher requirements, such as indoor appearsunfavorable column Angle affect the actual use of space, also pose a threat to the safety of thechildren, the sitting room above should not be a beam, otherwise affect beautiful, also do notconform to the fengshui from the construction Angle. Now also more and more residentialdesign of toilet use drainage of the same floor or toilet drains is exposed, affect beautiful,occupy usable floor area, etc. On the other hand, the developers for residential structuresystem is more and more attention, from the original brick housing structure, then many townsbuilt high-rise residential part adopts frame shear wall structure, to some highly shorter villanow special-shaped columns structure is used in most and the high-rise residential adoptshear wall structure, the economy up and use the function is more and more reasonable.Residential lighting and appearance are important factors for the user to select the house,which affect the vital interests of the developers, so beautiful residential lighting andappearance must be considered in the design of modern architecture. Smart architects, thoughtof open hole in the Angle of the shear wall and made into shapes of corner window or cornerbay window, can solve the two problems. And now this kind of Angle, more and more used inpractical engineering, got a lot of buyers. On structure, structure designers, for this type ofshear wall structures with angle windows are often based on experience for reinforcement ofamplification, and strengthen the construction measures, lacking of detailed analysis, resultingin the insufficient and unreasonable in economic.This topic research content is as follows:(1) For a number of corner windows in different size under the same seismic fortificationintensity, comparing them with didn’t offer corner window, highlighting the seismicperformance of different fortification intensity. Through comparison of different size Anglewindow of the shear wall structure seismic analysis, draw a corner window size effect on thestructural seismic performance.(2) By PKPM software analysis and contrast analysis of ansys for corner beam, points outthe problems that the PKPM software to calculate Angle beam.Using ansys to analyse thedifferent size Angle beams, pointing out that in practical engineering for different sizes ofcorner beam, how designers to correct the calculation results of PKPM.(3) Respectively set up the construction measures to strengthen model and the model are not set strengthening measures, using Midas software to carries on the modal analysis andtime history analysis, concluding that what effect on the vibration characteristics of structureitself by strengthen construction measures. And what is the effect on seismic structure bystrengthening measures after comparing the several strengthening measures.
