Bridge crane is a kind of important transport equipment, its normal operation directlyinfluence the production efficiency of enterprises. When it has problems, it will bring hugeeconomic losses to the enterprise, even cause workers’ injury. Thereforeproposed in this paperto use the software for crane maximo preventive and predictive maintenance.This paper finished preventive maintenance for a company’s bridge crane based onmaximo software, made a comprehensive and unified maintenance plan, used the maintenancedata rationally. After the preventive maintenance, reduced the downtime percentage of bridgecrane, reduced the occurrence of bridge crane accidents, improved production efficiency andreduced maintenance costs. At the same time, collected and stored the operation data of crane,predicted the residual life of crane according to the collected data combined with the craneusing standards. Thereby reduce the occurrence of unexpected incidents bridge crane.Finally, according to the structure characteristics of the crane,being sure a Crane safetyassessment model,established a method for crane safety evaluation by using fuzzy neuralnetwork algorithm. This method was verified by an example test. It has well portability. |
