Research About Development Of The Urban Space Based On Space Syntax

China is in a process of urbanization and urban space is developing rapidly. In this context, Chinaputs forward the development strategy of new urbanization in China. Development Planning of NewUrbanization(2014-2020) puts forward the principle of integrated planning, harmonious promotion,compact and concentration, density delivered and environmental first to make an overall for thereconstruction of urban centers and new district building of new cities, improving the utilizationefficiency and the living environment of city. Facing the factors affecting and promoting thedevelopment of urban space, the dissertation divides city spatial development mechanism intoself-organization mechanism and hetero-organization mechanism through a study and analysis of theurban spatial development mechanism. Then constructs the theory of space analysis theory based onthe, and space syntax software is used to make a global integration, step analysis of3localintegration, intelligent space syntax data for the Mancheng County’s four times (1984,1995,2002,2011)city space form axial model. In addition, it sets up four periods of axis model of the city overallplanning layout, analyzing the global integration scheme. Through the comparison and analysis, thecity spatial form planning of the present situation has an influence the overall planning in the sameperiod and the effect of different periods of city planning on the city space development.Derived from the analysis, the main results are as follows:1. Since1984, Mancheng County’s city space expands to the East and North gradually. And thescope of city center develops along with Zhongshan Road, Yanzhao Street, Yuchuan Road and NanbeiStreet, until to2011it forms a city spatial center concentrating on the Zhongshang Road, HongchangStreet, Yanzhao Street and Yuchuan Road.2. In the development direction of city, comparing the4periods’ city space form, the main centercity development direction is the East and West, among of which the East development is mainly due tothe self-organization function of city space development and the West development is mainly due to cityplanning guidance.3. In the city space development, comparing the four periods city space form, it is easy to find thatthe path dependence is obvious in Mancheng city space,1984form skeleton of city space can still befound in the city space of2011, the interference and damage from outside is weak to the city core, andthe self-organization is strong.4. The city space development pattern turns from the city’s traffic (Zhongshan Road, YanzhaoStreet) development mode to city space intern filled model. Internal filling mode is divided into twostages, the first stage is the internal filling stage and old city district transformation of the citycenter(West Ring Road, North Road, Hongchang Street, full of Manshen railway); the second stage is the internal filling and construction of the outer ring road.5. Analyzed the influence of the city overall planning of1984Edition,1995Edition and2002Edition on the city space, and the three editions of city planning provides effective guidance tothe city center’s construction, and the construction of city spatial pattern, spatial pattern of shapingthe ring road of city center square network with outer ring road. In addition, the City Industrial Park inthe outer city has not formed in accordance with the overall planning. The city overall planning of allthe three editions has a deep understanding of the self-organization of the development of the urbanspatial development but is lack of an effective grasp on the formation of industrial park outside the city.6. For the2011Edition of the overall planning of the city, the future space development direction isanalyzed, the factors affecting the future development of city space in four directions are concluded andsummarized, and the main direction of the future city spatial development is a East and South of thecity.
