| As an important way for social capital stepping into railway industry, enterprise-owned wagon is significant to the development of the national railway transportation. It not only alleviates the investment pressure from our country by providing plenty of transportation resources, but also guarantees the freight transport of the enterprise itself. Up to the beginning of 2013, the quantity of enterprise-owned wagons had reached 10,340, which was 13 percent of the total wagons. The freight volume achieved by enterprise-owned wagons was about 9 to 10 percent of the total. The goods transported by enterprise-owned wagons are mainly including chemical products, oil and coal. According to freight transport demand, enterprise-owned wagons have formed diversified system, which mainly consists of light oil tank wagons, specialized coal gondola wagons, chemical products tank wagons, ore hopper wagons, asphalt tank wagons, edible oil tank wagons and grain wagons.Compared with state-owned wagon, the application method is different for enterprise-owned wagon, not only on the aspects of handing operation and wagon flow management, but also on the aspect of transport supporting, such as statistical method and maintenance system. So we need to analyze the transport organization method for enterprise-owned wagon alone. At present, there are several problems about enterprise-owned wagon such as inefficiency of utilization, long average turnaround time, high empty driving ratio and disorder in operation. These problems have restricted the development of enterprise-owned wagon, and brought negative impact on national railway transportation.The current research about enterprise-owned wagon focuses on transportation rules and managerial approach, while the research on wagon flow management and train operation are not enough yet. This article mainly centers on solving the problem of high turnaround time, high leisure coefficient and low usage rate of enterprise-owned wagons, and makes analysis from the aspects of handing organization, car flow management, empty wagons returning organization and transport supporting factors. On the basis of traditional theory of car flow management, this article formulates an optimization model of direct train transport organization for enterprise-owned wagon, especially on the condition of having more than one station by an enterprise. Analysis on the problem of Shan Xi Yan Chang Petroleum from the aspect of their own wagons transport organization is made. With the objective of minimizing the dwell time in the loading and unloading stations and technical stations, this article formulates an optimization model of Yan Chang-owned wagons direct train organization. |
