Research On Construction Quality Control System

Construction engineering quality directly affect people’s life and property safety, comfort and stability。the level of our country’s construction quality is steadily improving, but serious quality accident still occur. Although the state administrative department in charge of Construction issued a lot of design, construction specifications and quality acceptance criteria, project quality control, but the actual status of the industry is so many construction enterprises are still not established the construction of perfect quality control system.The architecture and structure of knowledge, the thesis integrated use of the budget of the knowledge, the construction organization design, tendering and bidding skills of planning knowledge, combined with some research and practical experience of construction quality control system for domestic construction, the Tang Dynasty waterfront community project construction quality control system to carry on the analysis, for the purpose of building engineering construction quality assurance and put forward the quality control system quickly and effectively, and is easy to operate, the guidance suggestions for the actual construction.The paper first analyzes the present situation of construction quality control, as well as the significance of the construction quality control and the main task; secondly, describes the composition and influence factors of construction project quality and construction quality control of the characteristic and the principle; to Sheng Tang Shuian community construction project as an example, starting from the composition of the construction quality control system construction, the link of construction quality control system construction--personnel, mechanical equipment, materials, construction methods and environment and other key problems are analyzed and put forward that the construction quality control not only handle the key problem of each link, each different links will be to improve the construction quality control needs to be strengthened problem.
