Linqujinliyuan district as affordable housing, quality is the measure of the key indicators. Therefore, study of Linqujinliyuan district construction project quality control has very important significance.Project management is a complicated dynamic management system, there are various predictable and unpredictable factors which affect the quality of the interaction, thus the quality control of the project there are a lot of uncertainty in the past, everyone on the quality of the studies are from the perspective of qualitative description, I country to study quality to the quantitative point of view is still in the initial stage, and it is the quality of the construction phase of the study, but we know that affect the whole project quality is the most important stage of design, and design quality affects the construction quality, and ultimately throughout the project quality, quality control so as to form and quantitative research the design and construction stages is very necessary. Based on this, this paper in Linqu Jinliyuan area construction projects, for example, try to using the system dynamics method to quantitative analysis of Linqu Jinliyuan district construction project quality control.This paper first analyzes the domestic and foreign scholars on the research status and development trends of construction project quality control, summed up the problems existing in the project quality control, puts forward the content; secondly, it introduces the basic theory and method of construction project quality management, and expounds the basic theoretical knowledge of the system dynamics, and provide a theoretical basis for the following application; The third introduces the basic situation of Linqu Jinliyuan residential construction project and quality management mode, and analyzes the quality problems in the quality management in design and construction stages; fourth according to the quality problems of residential construction projects in Linqu Jinliyuan and analyzes the main factors influencing the quality of human factors, material factors subsystem subsystem and the mechanical subsystem, each subsystem factors the causality diagram is established based on the interaction factors of each subsystem, causality diagram of qualitative description of the influence of various factors on the quality, in order to facilitate the quantitative calculation of the influence factors of variables, according to variables and causality diagram determine the rendering system dynamics model, and to determine the various factors in the model of equation; At last, the dynamic model is simulated by Vensim software, and the change of state variables is analyzed according to the simulation results, and the main contents of quality control in the implementation stage are proposed.From the point of view of the system of construction project quality control as a dynamic, information feedback process, the application of system dynamics in the construction project quality control in, and the quantitative analysis of the factors influencing on the quality of the, broaden the research methods of quality control of construction project, but also enrich the scope of application of system dynamics.
