Research On Quality Control Of New Community Project Construction Abstract

Prihect quality control is the core of the entire construction and is the key of the project, New community development is the foundation of the urbanization, which have the great significance for rural development and farmer’s life, so it is particularly important for the quality control of new community project construction.The paper summarizes the resuits of previous studies based on the existing theoretical results arc summarized by the system, the relevant theories and methods of quality control of construction projects were studied. In this paper, Rongsheng new community garden project as an example of quality control, is divided into six parts : The First is the Quality control research status were reviewed proposed research framework and research methods . Then starting from the concept of quality, quality control of the project to the theory, discusses the theory of project quality control, proposed the formation process of quality control and quality control of each stage. The third part of the new community building for the specific circumstances of the countryside, pointing out their profites and process development, as well as the develephient modd , described in the implementation process of quality control applications. The fourth part analyzes Rongsheng new community garden project in terms of the probians of quality control, including environmental factors, material factor sact anothei factor, personel and management factors. The fifth part is the quality of the various stages of Rengsheng new community garden project control . First introduced the method of quality control, focusing on the PDCA cycle method, explained the Various of PDCA , Precautions and specific tools, such as histograms, ParetCiart analysis, control charts, and stratification .
