Landscape Engineering Project Management Researches In Beijing Dreams World Village Of Ⅰ District

With the rapid development of our social economy and the improvement ofpeople’s living environment quality requirements, the urbanization of our country hasentered a period of rapid development. Landscape engineering industry has graduallybecome a hot industry in the construction projects, whose development has shownunprecedented flourishing trend. However, in the real construction projects, it oftenappears that the decisions are made incorrectly and the benefit is low. In order to rushthe deadlines, the construction sides usually pay little attention on the quality of theprojects so that it is common to see the situations with poor engineering quality. Tosolve the above problems, we must strengthen the project management of thelandscape engineering and make use of the theory and method of project managementin the area of construction.Project management is a scientific management method which is general used inproject construction. The way to apply project management theory and technology tolandscape engineering construction has become a new subject in front of us. The basicidea of this paper is to start from I district landscape engineering project of BeijingUnited World Village, based on introducing the significance of the implement of theproject, the background and the status quo, with scientific, rational, standardized andtheoretical combining with practical methods, make full use of the various data,quality control reference tables and diagrams, from the preparation stage to theconstruction stage and to the completion acceptance stage. In the constructionpreparation stage, we discuss the use of landscape engineering management systemand norms in this project from the significance of the construction preparation to thecontent, the construction organization design and the approval. In the constructionstage, we analysis and discuss the quality control tools and techniques in theapplication of the project from the three aspects of human resource management,materials management, construction management. In the project completion andacceptance stage, we mainly carry on the inspection and assessment of the quality ofthe construction and put forward the corresponding management measures from thethree aspects of the acceptance standards, the preparatory work and the projectreturning and guarantee. Finally, we can conclude that with the introduction of the theory and method ofproject management, the project construction can be scientific, efficient, smooth andthe project quality is specified in the contract and fully meet the requirements ofowners.
