After nearly 30 years of rapid development,China's architectural decoration industry has gradually matured.Urbanization rate of the improvement of the decoration industry to provide a broad space for the market.Then,as the industry market is relatively dispersed,most enterprises are in the low-end price competition pattern,and the average gross profit rate of the industry decreases year by year.Whether the project of decoration engineering enterprise can make profit and how much profit mainly depends on two factors: the orientation of project initiation and the fine management in the process of project operation.These two factors will lead to agency problems at two levels: one is whether the operators responsible for introducing engineering projects make accurate decisions;the other is whether the project manager and his team can control costs and increase profits in the construction process.Decoration engineering project incentive management related research in recent years has been a great development,in the engineering project management,the project management team can play an efficient team collaboration effect,the key is whether the enterprise can design a targeted incentive program.Under the background of the study,this paper mainly studies based on shenzhen BY the incentives of the project management company,through interviews,questionnaire survey,analyzes and summarizes the shenzhen BY company in the process of implementing project incentive management existence problems,and BY combining with shenzhen company members of the different levels of demand,based on project design based on the project and partners,and the specific implementation detailed analysis of the project.Himself to shenzhen BY project management team motivation as the research object,and draw lessons from the domestic and foreign related research,from the problem analysis,requirements and design three aspects were studied:(1)through interviews and questionnaire,to shenzhen BY company the main problems existing in the project management team incentive summarized in detail;(2)on the basis of questionnaires and interviews,in-depth analysis is made on the demand of project management team members of BY company in shenzhen;(3)on the basis of demand analysis,this paper proposes the design idea of the partner scheme based on project follow-up investment of shenzhen BY company,and carries out detailed analysis on the specific implementation of the scheme.The importance of human resources in the project management as the scale of the project,the complications and improve,but for the project management team incentive management of related research is still belongs to the exploration practice stage,this paper studies the engineering project team incentive management BY company,shenzhen is put forward based on the project and partners,have certain reference significance to the construction of the incentive management.
