The traditional Fiber-Capacitive Droplet Analyzer (FCDA) mainly composed of the liquid drop sensor, signal processing circuits including signal conditioning module and data acquisition module, program-controlled micro flow-feeding pump and computer interface, aims to collect capacitance and optical fiber signals to construct LDF. But the FCDA are applicable only for the precise analysis and research in laboratory which cannot satisfy the requirement of the portable measurement in the circulation market of food.Based on traditional FCDA, the focusing is to design a Portable Fiber Capacitive Droplet Analyzer (PFCDA). A kind of signal acquisition, analysis and processing based on embedded system works independently, rather than the traditional method based on computer. Meanwhile, the analysis result is presented in the system interface. This paper has completed the following work:(l)The hardware system is developed with the microprocessor chip S5PV210as the kernel. The fiber signal and capacitive signal output from peripheral circuits are acquired through SPI and I2C bus interfaces. Subsequent data analysis is carried out by the software program. The graphical interface of system is showed on LCD touch screen, for convenience of operation and control.(2)This system adopted the thinking of hierarchical structure, including Hardware Abstract Layer, Functional Module Layer and Application Layer.(3)The human-machine interface of Liquid Drop Analysis system designed with Qt can realize real-time display droplet fingerprint. The user would be free to choose the mode through menu and interact with machine through an external LCD touch screen. This interface can achieve a good human-computer interaction.
