Biochemical analyzer is a very important medical analytic device for clinical testing, and applied for the determination of various biochemical markers of body fluids.With the development of science and techonology, the development direction of medical devices for the clinical testing is toward miniaturization, integration, rapid detection, simpleness and intuition for operation, easy portability and low-cost. Embedded technology is one of the important way to realize miniature and intelligence of medical devices for clinical testing.The thesis studies development of USB interface driver and application of embedded micro biochemical analyzer under linux. The study is based on micro-spectrometer which is the core component of micro-biochemical analyzer for the country"863"project, i.e. research of the technology of micro practical biochemical analyzer. The thesis investigate the micro-analysis spectrum signal acquisition and processing system circuit basis. A designed method for USB driver based on Linux system is obtained according to the USB specification and means of communication. Meanwhile, embedded micro-biochemical analyzer application software is studied, based on research in embedded system graphical user interface development under Linux system. The application's function, including interface design and data collection part, is achieved. The work in the thesis includes the following parts:1. The basic content of USB agreement was investigated, including bus topology, internal hierarchy, USB communication flow, transmission type, et al.2. The management of peripheral equipment and the structure of driver system in the Linux system were investigated in detail.3. According to USB interface characteristics and requirement of micro spectrometer, a method for USB driver under Linux system is obtained. The USB interface driver is achieved.4. Embedded graphical user interface is studied. Different Linux GUI systems were analyzed. The QT graphical user interface development kit is chosen to design the micro analyzer application software. By USB interface, the spectral data are obtained from the micro-spectrometer which is the core of biochemical analyzer. The visual and dynamic spectral information is shown through the graphical interface.5. Embedded GUI system is transplanted into hardware platform. 6. The system was tested, including the USB driver and application.
