Studies On Rural Landscape Planning Of Northern Anhui

Northern Anhui is located in Huaibei Plain, including Bozhou, Huaibei, Suzhou, Bengbu and Fuyang. Compared with other areas in and out of Anhui province in China, Northern Anhui is low in level of urbanization, great in rural population and relatively backward in economic development. Although Northern Anhui conducted new rural construction in the previous years, due to plenty of historical debt and lack of awareness, the new rural construction was in the way of "building new villages" and the importance of ecological environment and agricultural production was ignored. Therefore, in Northern Anhui, the ecological environment was destroyed and the agricultural production was dominated by traditional agriculture. If the rural construction quality is not upgraded timely, the development of economic society and the accomplishment of moderately prosperous society will be seriously influenced.Currently, within the overall context of "Beautiful China" and "Beautiful Countryside", Northern Anhui is now positively involving itself into the tide of building beautiful countryside, people in Northern Anhui are having new understanding of ecological environment, industry development and living environment. Rather than insisting on "building new villages", Northern Anhui has now understood well the meaning of "Twenty Words Policies", will strive to accomplish the simultaneous development of ecological environment, agricultural production and rural settlement and the building of beautiful countryside which is appropriate for living, industry and tourism. Ecological environment, agricultural production and rural settlement fall in the range of rural landscape and can be planned reasonably in way of comprehensive planning, valid layout and concept refinement. Therefore, the thesis author determined the research content of rural landscape planning of Northern Anhui.This author takes rural landscape as research object and studies adequately the rural landscape planning in6chapters by proposing the problem, analyzing the problem and solving the problem. Firstly, the author gathers the related research results of domestic and overseas scholars and the construction experience of other areas and elaborates the relevant theories that can support the study in this thesis. Secondly, the author conducts field research in Northern Anhui countries and obtains relevant construction data; then the author classifies the rural landscape of Northern Anhui into ecological environment, agricultural production and rural settlement and analyzes the practical situation and existing problems from9aspects, namely, water body, vegetation cover, ecological corridor, landform, agricultural landscape pattern, agricultural landscape ecology, agricultural landscape style, rural settlement pattern and rural settlement style. Thirdly, based on the comprehensive application of the relevant theories on landscape ecology and regional planning, according to the actual situation of rural landscape of Northern Anhui, the author presents nine countermeasures on how to build an excellent rural ecological environment, agricultural landscape with high productivity and aesthetic value and rural settlement appropriate for living:create a water landscape, create a plant landscape, build ecological corridor, restore the damaged terrain, develope farmland landscape, build a leisure park reasonably, improve farmland network, carry out the village layout planning, create high quality rural settlement landscape. At last, the author conducts analysis validation by applying the research results of this thesis to actual cases and confirms the validity and feasibility of the countermeasures and suggestions in this thesis.By the study on rural landscape planning of Northern Anhui, this thesis enriches the research content of regional rural landscape and provides certain theoretical support and normative references for rural landscape planning and construction of Northern Anhui.
