Study On Village Planning And Design In Northern Anhui Under The Background Of Rural Revival

As an important decision to solve the current rural problems in China,the strategy of Rural Revitalization is of great strategic significance for the development of national economy,the improvement of rural living standards and the reduction of the gap between urban and rural areas.In recent years,in order to implement the strategy of rural revitalization,rural planning work has been carried out in China.In order to better achieve the strategic goal of rural revitalization,Anhui local governments have issued a series of policy documents,which makes the Rural Revitalization Strategy get a very effective promotion.Based on the study of excellent rural planning cases at home and abroad and the theoretical knowledge of various disciplines,this paper takes Wuzhai village in Yingshang County of Fuyang City as an example and carries out the practice from the two levels of the overall planning and the special planning of the village area by means of on-the-spot investigation,literature synthesis and interdisciplinary methods.Through the analysis of the differences of the natural geographical conditions and regional culture in Northern Anhui Province,it carries out the planning When planning,the differences between different regions shall be fully considered.Then according to the theories of restoration ecology,landscape ecology,agricultural ecology and circular agriculture,the main problems of Wuzhai village are analyzed.The problems that need to be solved in rural construction are solved from three levels:the special planning of domestic waste,the special planning of black smelly water body and the special planning of green landscape,which make the village appearance of Wuzhai village,human settlements,ecological environment and other aspects have been effectively improved,improving the overall competitiveness of the village,and providing direction for village construction.Through the comprehensive analysis of the combination of theoretical research and practical activities,we can get the most suitable village planning and design strategy for the north of Anhui Province,formulate the planning principles and objectives,and explore the ideas and methods of village planning and design in the north of Anhui Province.It is rare to study this kind of village micro scale planning and design in Wuzhai village,Yingshang County,Fuyang City in Northern Anhui Province.I hope this paper can provide reference for other village planning and design in Northern Anhuiprovince or other regional planning practice activities with similar geographical conditions,and also hope to provide practical case support for the theoretical system of rural planning in China.
