Study On The Planning And Control Of Rural Landscape In The Northern Anhui Plain From The Perspective Of "Production-Living-Ecological" Coordination

With the development of urbanization,the difference between urban and rural areas is becoming more and more obvious.With the rapid expansion of cities,the countryside is also declining,and chaos such as "the same village" and "the presence of architecture but the absence of culture" emerge one after another.In recent years,rural revitalization has become a key work of the Party and the government.It is particularly important to inherit and carry forward traditional rural culture,rebuild the rural landscape,and "keep green mountains and clear waters,and remember homesickness".The coordinated development of "Production-Living-Ecological" space is an important principle for optimizing the spatial pattern of land,improving the quality of land space and promoting the high-quality development of cities and towns.It is an important way to consider the relationship between towns and villages and natural ecological environment elements such as "mountains,rivers,forests,fields,lakes,grass,sand and ice",and an important premise for mining rural history and culture and improving rural living environment.Therefore,based on the coordinated development of "Production-Living-Ecological",it is an important idea to protect or shape the rural characteristic style to take overall consideration of the rural total factor planning control measures.Firstly,this paper systematically reviews the domestic and foreign researches on the coordination of "Production-Living-Ecological" and style planning and control,and explores the internal relationship between the coordinated development of "ProductionLiving-Ecological" and the rural style,and sorts out the research framework of the rural style planning and control from the perspective of the coordination of "ProductionLiving-Ecological".At the same time,by referring to the practice of rural landscape construction in Guangdong,Shanghai and Jiangsu,an all-domain and all-factor style planning and control system is gradually formed.At the same time,the research results of "Production-Living-Ecological" function are taken as the basis for discussing the measures of rural landscape planning and control in the northern Anhui plain,and the steps and contents of rural landscape planning and control in the northern Anhui plain are put forward.Secondly,based on the coordinated development of "Production-Living-Ecological",this paper points out the incongruity problems existing in the process of spatial optimization of Funan County,and summarizes the advantages and disadvantages of Funan County’s rural landscape.From the perspective of system theory,the relationship between system and elements is analyzed,and the important role of element control in style control system is clarified.Then,based on practical research,the paper summarizes and refines the specific connotation and significance of the six elements of rural style in northern Anhui: "water,forest,field,road,village and town",and further refines the six elements.By selecting the specific case space of Funan County,the paper analyzes the specific meaning represented by each style element and the key points in style control,and extracts the existing problems of rural style based on this.Thirdly,from the perspective of problems,based on the analysis results of the coordinated development of "Production-Living-Ecological",the planning orientation and target of Funan County are determined,the rural landscape planning structure is divided,and the planning strategies of natural ecology,pastoral production and rural life are pointed out.Then it provides the existing planning cases for reference for the planning and construction of key plots in Funan County.Finally,based on the rural landscape planning of Funan County,adhering to the common development concept of overall consideration of all rural elements and resolutely implementing the specific requirements of the upper planning,the author put forward the management measures of landscape resources of "historical culture" and "rural landscape",the management measures of landscape elements of "water,forest,land,roads and towns",and the management methods of zoning classification,so as to guide the rural landscape construction of Funan County.Figure 65 table 14 reference 80...
