Digitization is one important development direction of modern hydraulic technologywhich can save more energy, protect the environment, vary the control technologies andincrease the automation degree. Therefore, using computer control technology and moderncontrol theory to innovate and improve traditional hydraulic is imperative.This thesis focused on two aspects: modeling and the simulation analysis. Based onthe YB1-25type vane pump and previous research, the author realized the digital precisecontrol of the double acting vane pump.Firstly the author summarized the development trend of digital variable pump andresearches at home and abroad on double acting vane pump, and then analyzed doubleacting vane pumps’ working principles. Based on these analysis, the author designed thestructure of digital double acting vane pump, built a3-D pump model under the pro/Eenvironment and simulated it via ADAMS software and obtained some results whichcould verify the correctness of this design and help the author find some deficiencies in thedesign of stator inner surface, which needs optimizing. Then the author established a basicequation of mathematical model of variable mechanism and obtained the pump’s staticflow regulation formula and qtp—Nicharacteristic diagram which can reflect the relationbetween delivery variation and the pulse number. It proved that the digital pump that theauthor designed can realize digital variable regulation. Through establishing dynamic mathmodel of variable mechanism the author obtained the system’s transfer function andverified its stability. In the last part, the author analyzed the SCM control technique and theworking principles of the stepper motor, and designed a control model to show how SCMcontrol technique control stepper motor. Then the author compiled SCM control programbased on the variation of the digital pump.This thesis proves that double acting vane pump can realize digital variable regulationtheoretically; and it has the advantages of energy saving, easy control, high degree ofautomation, and provides a new idea and a new development direction for the research ofdouble acting vane pump.
