With the rapid development of fluid transmission control and computer technology and the extensive application,the hydraulic system automation control in the hydraulic components,system control and theoretical applications are increasingly perfect and mature,electro-hydraulic digital control technology has become an important mechanical and electrical integration Technical means.Variable pump as a hydraulic transmission and control system in the core components,its performance is good or bad impact of the entire hydraulic system control performance.In this paper,a variable blade pump control system based on RBF neural network and PID control is proposed.It is mainly composed of RBF neural network controller,pressure and displacement sensor,high speed on-off valve and variable blade pump.The system outputs the PWM signal through the intelligent controller,improves the dynamic and static characteristics of the high speed on-off valve,and intelligently optimizes the various aspects of the control system according to the working requirements,and realizes the intelligent and automatic control of the hydraulic digital pump control system.Aiming at the defects and shortcomings of the existing digital pump control system?a controller based on RBF neural network algorithm is designed.By controlling the duty ratio of the PWM signal of the high speed on/off valve,the pressure difference change between the two chambers of the piston cylinder,the control mechanism is simulated by MATLAB/SIMULINK software.The results show that the control effect and stability of the control system can meet the requirements of the control system,for the complex nonlinear control problem,external disturbance,a kind of single neuron adaptive PID control system is designed.The RBF neural network is used to identify the model information of the object,and the weight coefficient is adjusted according to the motion state of the controlled object,Adjustment,so as to improve the robustness and anti-jamming of the control system,and optimize the control performance of the system.
