Outdoor air temperature is basic to research building energy consumption. Underthe influence of climatic factors and heat island effect, the difference of outdoor airtemperature is large in different regions of the same city, it will inevitably producecertain effect for building energy consumption.The topic studied on the energyconsumption under the influence of outdoor temperature for a goal building of Qingdao,the goal building is located in the different regions of the same city, and put forward amethod to predict building energy consumption in the future.In this paper, the outdoor temperature value of recent years was obtained fromQingdao Meteorological Observatory, the static building energy consumption was usedto analyze the changes of building energy consumption that was caused by the changeof outdoor temperature of recent years. According to theoutdoor temperature data offour regions of Qingdao that was provided by Qingdao Meteorological Observatory, byusing the degree days method and temperature-frequency method, the difference ofenergy consumption and the changing trends in heating and air conditioning seasonwere qualitative analyzed under outdoor temperature difference of the regions. By usingthe dynamic energy consumption simulation software DeST, the difference of energyconsumption in heating and air conditioning season were quantitative analyzed underoutdoor temperature difference of the regions.The results showed that the difference of heat load index in heating season was13.25W/m2between the ChengyangShangma region that outdoor temperature was thelowest and the Olympic Sailing Center region that outdoor temperature was the highest,the Shangma region was higher14%than the Olympic Sailing Center rgion, while thedifference of cooling load index in air conditioning season was34.5W/m2betweenShangma region and Olympic Sailing Center region, the Shangma region was higher20.6%than the Olympic Sailing Center region.The energy consumption simulationresults of regions in Qingdao and interior was compared with civil building energyconsumption supervision platform of Qingdao, the result showed that the difference ofsimulation value and monitoring value was minimal in the nearest region from the targetbuilding.Accurate energy consumption calculation is foundation for the selection ofequipment and operation management, when calculating the energy consumption, theoutdoor temperature of a city is unified, due to the difference of outdoor temperature ofdifferent regions, the calculated results is not accurate, this will inevitably cause waste of energy, it is not conducive to energy conservation. A method according to the weatherforecast to predict the energy consumption was presented, this method can ahead predictthe cold and heat of next few days, it provided the technical support to optimizeoperation of building air conditioning system, and adjust the operation and managementof air conditioning system, this can not only ensure indoor air parameters to meet thedesign requirement, but also save the energy consumption.
