Energy is the cornerstone of the development of society and economy, and the three main bodies of energy consumption are building, industry and transportation. Building energy consumption accounts for about 33% of total social energy consumption, and shopping mall building energy consumption in the proportion of building energy consumption is particularly large. With the development of economy, the mall building area is increasing, at the same time, people on the mall air quality in pursuit of more and more high. With the development of economy, the building energy consumption is increasing day by day, and the problem of building energy conservation is becoming more and more prominent, so it is extremely urgent to save energy.This paper uses the sample investigation method of 17 cities in Shandong province 331 mall building energy consumption, among them, including 109 shopping centers and 222 large supermarkets. Using the Grab J criterion of energy statistics data in mathematical statistics, and based on the statistics of energy consumption quota in the quota level determination method. In a shopping mall building as a standard building, the building energy consumption simulation respectively throughout the city to determine the accuracy and the statistical results verify the simulation results, and ultimately determine the quota of Shandong province mall building energy consumption.Combined with the actual survey data, from building heating energy consumption and overall energy consumption and energy constitute three aspects of mall building energy consumption characteristics:from the heating energy consumption analysis, using non heating and air conditioning of the mall building electricity consumption per unit area is 10%~20% by heating and air-conditioning mall building unit area energy consumption; from the analysis of the overall energy consumption, power consumption per unit area of the shopping center is 91% of the power consumption per unit area of large supermarkets, shopping centers of the total energy consumption per unit area is 80% of the large supermarkets in the total energy consumption per unit area; from energy constitute analysis, building the mall fire the proportion of energy consumption:87% of electric energy, natural gas 9%.The use of standard building DeST software to store building model and the simulation of its annual energy consumption, and the mall building energy simulation results processing. Analysis of characteristics of energy consumption of building from three aspects, the overall monthly energy consumption building energy consumption and building energy consumption split:From the analysis of the monthly energy consumption average the monthly energy consumption of the actual value for 20.95kWh/m2 and simulated values for 19.47kWh/m2. So both the average deviation for 7.62%, indicating that simulation of power consumption and the actual power consumption is basically the same; From the aspect of overall energy consumption analysis, the shopping center of each city’s total energy consumption per unit area is 211.34kWh/a/m2, and total energy consumption of large supermarkets, the average per unit area for 261.25kWh/a/m2, so shopping center of the total energy consumption per unit area is about 23% of the large supermarkets in the total energy consumption per unit area. Affected by weather conditions and other factors; From the breakdown of energy consumption analysis, mall buildings in non heating and air conditioning, lighting, air conditioning cooling and power accounted for the total power consumption 66% of the left and right. This part is the focus of energy-saving renovation work.In this paper, the statistical quota is determined by the research of energy consumption, and the accuracy of the statistical data is verified by the DeST simulation technology. Finally, the energy consumption quota of the buildings in Shandong province is finally determined. The quota of the leading indicators of the scope of 126.07~163.01 kWh/m2/a, and the scope of the binding index is 210.11~254.75 kWh/a/m2. The determination of the quota for shopping mall building energy audit and energy saving transformation laid the foundation.
