Thispaper use the project of the second water plant of a reservoir in Qingdao as a example,focuses on the problems of water leakage after the clean water tanks has built, analyzethe reasons from many aspects, in order to summarize the water seepage technicalelements in the field of clear water tanks.The construction of the second water plant of a reservoir in Qingdao can greatlyimprove the status of water shortage in Jiaozhou, Chengyang and other regions. The fistproject designed to scale75,000tons/day, which clear water tank capacity setting by13.5%as the plant design scale. In this paper, on one hand, I based the civilengineering theory, proposed corrective measures against this project leakage; On theother hand, causes leakage depth discussion and theoretical integration, proposed for aclear water tank project should be prepared to structural design, material selection,construction methods, quality management, and many other considerations, multi-angleaffairs, in order to prevent infiltration drain, and to guide the construction of the secondphase of the water plant.The project implemented the corrective measures and anti-leakage concept whichthis paper proposed, the leakage of the clean water tank has been controlled in the first phase of the project, the second phase of the project has built with reasonable design,construction program, no leakage, a good effect.
