Railway Traffic Safety Evaluation Based On Accident Case Study

Railway transport sector is traditional enterprises of complex,large-scale,centralized command,function integrated and unified transportation. With our continued full speed railway lines, security staff turn attention the whole way again.In rail transport system due to certain aspects of errors,it will cause the train does not run properly on time,will result in more serious casualties occur,it would seriously affect the steady growth of the national economy and people’s quality of life and the safety of life and property.Based on the complexity of the railway traffic safety systems,conducted a field survey to collect the2013all-road vehicle traffic system traffic accident data,expert surveys,combined with safety assessment method proposed a comprehensive evaluation for railway traffic safety situation,through the evaluation results preventive measures targeted.In this paper,after the analysis of the current situation and research results,the first,Railway traffic characteristics and traffic accidents were analyzed to construct the railway traffic safety factors,railway traffic safety factors,there are human factors,mechanical equipment factors,environmental factors and management factors,each of these four factors caused the accident.Then compare and analyze the advantages and characteristics of various safety assessment methods,combined with railway traffic accident data determine an appropriate evaluation method of this study-safety evaluation method of combining static and dynamic,static model with fault tree analysis the reason of accident,Analysis the importance of the accident factor can propose targeted measures to prevent accidents,and then use dynamically integrated comprehensive analysis and evaluation method,the evaluation method is a dynamic organic evaluation system,considering the time and the probability of the accident occurred calculate the degree of attenuation,the data,expert opinions,accident history are closely linked.Finally,according to2013the whole road traffic accident data analysis and evaluation examples,draw a comprehensive,targeted corrective measures.
