As a pillar industry of the national economy,the construction industry has played a significant role in absorbing employment in rural areas,promoting new urbanization,and maintaining social stability.However,due to the complicated construction site conditions and the high workload of the high-altitude work involving multiple types of work,the number of high-rise fall accidents in construction projects has remained high.Therefore,in order to establish a long-term safe production mechanism,it is urgent to improve the level of safe production and reduce the occurrence of high-level fall accidents.This paper introduces a dynamic fault tree in the analysis of the causes of falling accidents in high places,and proposes measures to prevent the occurrence of falling accidents from a dynamic perspective.Firstly,this paper discusses the four classic accident causal theory and the related concepts of fault tree analysis method,introduces dynamic logic gate and its Markov transfer chain,and expounds the modular synthesis of fault tree,binary decision graph(BDD)and Markov method.It provides technical method support for the analysis of the dynamic fault tree in the high-altitude fall accident.Secondly,taking 547 cases of high-rise falling accidents of construction projects as the research object,according to the accident causation theory,the statistical table of the cause of falling accidents in the four aspects of "objective-human-environment-management" was formed.It laid a good foundation for the subsequent research on the cause of the fall accident in the high place Then,based on the fault tree research of high-rise fall accidents at home and abroad,the dynamic fault tree model is constructed for the high-altitude fall accident.After the fault tree module is decomposed,the static subtree in the dynamic fault tree is combined with the BDD and Markov methods.Qualitative and quantitative analysis with the dynamic subtree compensates for the lack of failure order between the static fault trees.Finally,specific prevention and control measures were formulated for the key causes of high-level fall accidents.At the same time,through Matlab simulation analysis,the probability of falling accidents at high places and the trend of probability importance of each key cause with time are obtained.The results show that the dynamic fault tree method is more in line with the trend of high fall accidents.Among them,the failure of safety protection equipment plays a vital role in the interception of high-fall accidents.At the same time,according to the top event probability and the probability of the bottom event probability,corresponding prevention suggestions are put forward in the initial,middle and late stages of construction project construction.
