Welding technology is widely used in pressure vessel,Heavy machinery and vehicle scope of various fields such as railway tracks. After completion of welding residual stress and the strain not only influence the appearance of products, and reduce the strength of products, reduce the service life and causes losses to the actual production. Therefore, reasonable control of welding deformation, accurately predict deformation as a result, to improve the quality of the welding structure, ensure the integrity of the component structure after welding, reduce the residual stress after welding, and the effects of strain has important significance and value. In this paper, CRH3G the emu aluminum alloy floor as the research object, using professional welding simulation software SYSWELD simulation, using the self-developed double wire welding heat source model, from the heat source model to extract the average thermal cycle curve, welding distortion of the emu floor model simulation analysis research. Full consideration in the simulation of the material thermal physical properties on the impact of organizational change, meanwhile, according to the actual welding process production requirements, design three kinds of different welding sequence, through analysis and comparison with the result of welding deformation, got the optimum welding sequence. Provides reference for CRH3G emu aluminum alloy floor as welding process of large components.This article main research content:Firstly, research the CRH3G emu aluminum alloy welded structure floor deformation simulation of finite element modeling method and the implementation technology.Secondly, research realize the modeling method of double wire welding heat source model, and extracting the average thermal cycle curve from the model, for welding deformation simulation CRH3G the emu aluminum floor.Finally, comparative analysis of different welding sequence for CRH3G emu aluminum alloy influence the outcome of the floor, mastered the welding deformation regularity of the floor, put forward for welding deformation control of large components welding sequence optimization method.
