The present civil lighting switch generally uses the mechanical switch. The control loop contains two wires which connect the live wire close to the ceiling to the mechanical switch and the switch. According to the human body engineering, installation location of the switch is set on the wall about1.3m above the ground, so the wire between the live wire to the mechanical switch must be about1.5~2m.A load circuit requires at least3-4m of the wires. This paper introduces a design of wireless electronic switch using the infrared remote control technology which can replace the mechanical switch. The significance of this design is that it not only can replace the mechanical switch, it is convenient installation, safe and reliable, but also it can save a lot of wires, a lot of copper.The innovation of this paper is that the replacement of the mechanical switc h by the infrared remote controlled switch can metal wires, and greatly impr oved the security of the power and ease of installation. In this design, the a ction of the switch button is passed through the infrared wave to the actuato r, a microcontroller decode and control the on and off of the circuit. The s witch button part adopts special energy-saving design, and photovoltaic cell c an be used to indefinitely extend the life of power supply of the switch. Re ceiving part adopts RC buck, directly connected to the electricity grid, which can simplifies the circuit and reduce the cost. Choose the highest reliability and cost efficient components, after compare the parameters such as perfor mance, price and power consumption of components, then complete the most simple and practical designThis design includes the infrared emission circuit and infrared receiver and the control circuit module. The infrared emission circuit choose special infrared chip, fully considering the energy saving measures and solutions. Infrared receiver and the control circuit choose the integration of infrared receiving head and microcomputer STC15F104W to control the solid state relay AQH3223.
