The Design Of Car MP3 Player Based On Infrared Remote Control

With the rapid development of car industry and the car electron industry in our country, it is brought forward a scope of domino offect of car. At the same time, we have already entered into a new information age. The most important thing in the car revolution is the linking, which is carried out by the car and music in the Internet. The car player will be also reformed as an important part of car.According to the design request and the characteristic of car player, a scheme of car MP3 player is brought forward, it is divided into three part: USB host computer system, remote controller and power changed.Firstly ,in the design of the USB host computer system, the basic characteristic of the USB is analyzed in this thesis, in which, put the emphasis on the USB system architecture , data communication mode, data packet format , USB standard descriptor. Secondly, on the basis of analyzing the USB device Mass Storage Class speciation, the logical communication model between host and device is established. Thirdly, the hardware and software design of the USB host system is realized. While designing the hardware, based on SPCE061 development kit, SPCE061 and SL811HS is used. By analyzing the architecture of the chips, the function of the pins and the read/write timing, the USB host controller circuit is accomplished. Depending on it, SL811HS can be operated and controlled by SPCE061. While designing the USB system software, the μ'nSP^? IDE is used as the programming and debugging tool. Firstly, the USB bus driver can be realized, which can detect, recognize and setup the USB device, then, the Bulk-Only transport driver is budded base on USB Mass Storage class specification. Over Bulk-Only transporting, the USB host can read/write the files on the USB flash disk and MP3 by sending UFI commands.Besides, in the design of the infrared remote controller, the rationale of the remote controller is analyzed, and the hardware design of the emission and the reception circuit. In the reception circuit, HS0038 integrate reception circuit is used;in the emission circuit, the PPM code mode is used, and the controller signal can be identified and decoded.Finally, the DC/DC voltage changed circuit is designed. This circuit can provide the voltage of MCU and HS0038. After the design is finished, systematic connection and debugging are carried on. The test results show: The system can run correctly in the fixedcircumstance;and realize the test and Read/Write operation from USB flash disk to MP3. Altogether, it indicates that this system can achieve the prearranged requirement.
