Thermoplastic tube envelope has been using artificial means, according to the subject at this stage of thermoplastic pipe automatic and manual fire heating low enough plastic research productivity, poor quality of the current situation, research and design envelope automatic thermoplastic pipe heating device, to efficiently complete bulk thermoplastic pipe heating cables from the expected cooling of the entire process. Automatic thermoplastic pipe machine not only greatly improve the production efficiency and insulation seal thermoplastic tube has also been a very good improvement.First introduced the development of thermoplastic pipe heating envelope, infrared heating equipment and current development of thermoplastic pipe machine involved and electromechanical control systems have also been described in detail, and then the process of composition and conduct of thermoplastic pipe machine the presentation.Then according to the process steps and processing of thermoplastic pipe machine body, thermoplastic pipe machine mainly by the control system, actuators, mechanical body as well as detection and alarm system. After the overall scheme of thermoplastic pipe machine has been designed mainly includes rack, infrared heating oven design mechanical structure design, material conveying systems and electrical systems.According to the requirements of the heating jacket of thermoplastic pipe, the key components of a detailed design calculations, mainly includes the design of the feeding mechanism, motor selection, including the design of infrared heating system design as well as the cooling system.Finally, the overall structure of the program in accordance with the process and equipment, the control system equipment carried on the detailed design, including the electrical control circuit design, programmable control system design and programming, as well as the control system’s control panel design. Strict control of the process to control the entire process, mainly comprising temperature, heating time,and emergency treatment of fault and the like. Automatic thermoplastic pipe systems in this paper can greatly improve production efficiency, and to ensure that the heating jacket of thermoplastic pipe insulation effect, have a good results achieved in practical application.
