With the accelerated process of urbanization in China,building energy consumption has also witnessed rapid growth,which has restricted the economic health and rapid development.Therefore,China governments have developed a strict building energy efficiency standard,the energy saving targets are from 30% to 50%.Most areas are implementing the 65% energy-saving target,and some areas(such as Beijing)have begun to implement the energy-saving target of 75%.But buildings' actual energy consumption after they were put into use doesn't necessarily meet the design goals.For a long time,due to the lack of effective testing and monitoring,it is not clear the actual thermal insulation performance,energy saving and so on of the existing building envelopes.Therefore,it is necessary to do a scientific investigation and study on the thermal insulation performance of different types and ages of buildings,in order to understand and master the actual energy consumption of the building.In this paper,the principle of infrared thermal imaging system is elaborated systematically,the influence factors of using infrared thermal imager to carry on the spot inspection are summarized,and solutions were put forwarded.Simulated winter indoor and outdoor environment conditions in the laboratory,carried out infrared thermal imaging method and thermocouple temperature measurement experiments,compared and analyzed the temperature measurement results of the two methods.It was found that the infrared thermal imaging method was used to measure the temperature in the low temperature environment has a large deviation from thermocouple method.In order to eliminate the influence,this paper uses a number of fitting methods to modify the temperature measurement results of infrared thermal imaging method.Based on Access2013 and Visual Basic technology,an infrared image database system of building envelope was designed and implied in this paper.The system is divided into the login module,admin module,data management module and data analysis module.Through this system,we can realize the functions of inputting,inquiring and analyzing the basic information and the infrared image information of the building,the environment parameter information and so on.Through this system,it can realize the comprehensive analysis of the overall thermal defects and heat loss of buildings in Harbin City,which can provide the basic data for the municipal energy saving transformation.
