Our country has maintained high residential demand in recent years. From2000to2011, average annual urban residential construction area up to300million squaremeters. So large cubic construction makes the building energy consumption accountsfor nearly thirty percent of total energy consumption in our country, so it is veryurgent to building energy efficiency. New wall and its research and development andapplication of energy saving technology is imperative.Composite panel is the mainstream of new type wall. New wall and its energysaving technology,with the introduction of external thermal insulation compositewall technology from Europe, technology is mature, lowest cost, by far the mostwidely used energy saving technology. But the technology there are a lot of energy,poor durability, shortcomings and so on environmental pollution, people in urgentneed of a new type of wall insulation technology. Concrete sandwich insulationpanels as a new type of wall, have fire prevention performance, insulationperformance is superior, which can realize precast production, have driven partstandardization, realize industrialization of building new wall etc, and theconditions of based on the above, the technology. Although advantage, however,its relatively thick characteristics which limits the development of the technology.This article will be modified how light aggregate concrete technology is applied tothe sandwich panel, and will greatly promote the development of the technology.Based on the finite element method and related calculation, light aggregateconcrete mechanical calculation model is established,theoretically demonstrates thefeasibility of this structure. By using low water cement ratio,mixing fibers, polymeremulsion and appropriate methods of bleed air that improved the micro level of lightaggregate concrete performance of ascension. The experiment shows that with theincrease of fiber content, mechanical properties and durability of the lightweightaggregate concrete significantly increased; when the polymer emulsion dosage of10%, the compressive and flexural strength are improved, bibulous rate is obviously decline; when the dosage of foaming agent was0.05‰,light aggregate concretemechanics performance and durability to present the best. According to these aboveresults, the orthogonal experimental design method to determine when the threekinds of modified material combination optimal dosage (best formula). Use the bestformula of concrete made of sandwich insulation external wallboard, according tothe standard "building partition wall with light bar"(JG/T169-2005) relatedexperimental tests, the results show that it has good mechanical properties,meet thecorresponding national standards requirements,can be applied in practicalengineering.
