Studies On The Optimization Of City Space Function Under The Background Of Transformation

Nowdays, with the progressing of economic globalization and new technologicalrevolution, the troditional epitaxial growth model can not meet the requirements of thenew situation, development transformation has become a general trend. As the centerof regional development, during the transformation, cities must allocate and combineits functional elements, such as economy, society and environment, more efficientlyand play a leading role. China is also faced with taking the road of new urbanizationand leading the national economic and social development of a comprehensivetransformation.In this context, research on city space function evolutionmechanism,the typical cases, the assement framework and method, forcontinuousoptimization to promote city space function has important significance.This article discussed the related concepts of urban space function, summed up thegeneral laws of the evolution of city space function. From the perspective of spatialeconomics, this article simply analysied the evolution and optimization of city spacefunction in a general theoretical way. This article also built the overall framework ofcity space function evaluation, it includes the optimal degree evaluation and thecoordination degree evaluation. Using the evaluation framework, take Shibei Districtfor example, we conducted a pre evaluation. The evaluation results shows that Theimplementation of the optimization scheme can effectively improve the space functionof Shibei District. Finally, Combined with theoretical and emprical analysis, we putforward some guarantee measures for Shibei District.
