Study On Ecological City Planning Of Wuhai In The View Of Resource Transformation

City is the production of human society's progress,which has experienced a long history from agricultural civilization to industrial civilization.However,in the face of natural resources depletion,a large number of resource-based cities must to be transformed,to seek sustainable development.As a cross field of ecology and urban planning,The planning of ecological city should be based on the organic integration of natural environment,economy,society and culture,and promote the coordinated development of urban and ecological environment.To explore the transformation of traditional industrial cities and resource-based cities in China,the developing and interacting of resource-use and eco-industry are the most important tasks.Firstly,this paper summarizes the development of western urban ecological urban planning theory and practice,which is based on the development of the industry revolution in the mid nineteenth Century;Then,take the Wuhai eco-planning as an example which is exploring the transformation from the industrial city to the ecological garden city,to study the planning method in Chinese northern eco-sensitive city;After that,the core issues of Wuhai eco-planning are extracted,and the implementation is reviewed,and advantages for the construction of ecological city planning with Chinese characteristics are put forward;At last,the paper discusses the prospect of ecological city planning.
