| The abrupt interruption of urban rail transit operation under network operation easily affects the normal travel of passengers, and brings great pressure to the urban public transport system. On the other hand, many cities have gradually established multi-modal transport networks with a variety of transport modes, which makes the passengers’ choice of subsequent travel modes no longer single. Therefore,Considering possible subsequent travel modes, this paper studies the distribution characteristics of passengers subsequent travel under disruption of operation and formulates multi-modal evacuation strategies, which is of great theoretical and practical significance for the timely evacuation of affected passenger flows, reduction of losses and improvement of the level of urban emergency management. On the basis of summarizing the research results of rail transit operation disruption at home and abroad, this paper clarifies the research scenario.According to the impact of operation disruption on passengers, the affected passenger flow is classified and the subsequent travel response of the affected passengers is summarized.Furthermore,a quantitative method of the affected passenger flow is proposed to calculate the OD matrix of the affected passenger flow. Then, considering the possible transport modes for passengers in subsequent travel,a multi-modal transport super network is constructed based on hypernetwork theory, and the various graph matrix are used to store network data. The effective route is defined according to the passenger’s travel rule and the cost selection, and the generalized cost function of the route is constructed considering the time cost and currency cost.Meanwhile,an improved effective path search algorithm is proposed by adding constraints of effective path.Afterwards, the stochastic utility theory is used to describe the path selection behavior of passengers in subsequent travel, and the affected passenger flow redistribution model based on Logit loading is constructed under stochastic equilibrium conditions. The evacuation demand of different transportation modes are calculated by redistribution result. The detailed evacuation strategies are formulated from the aspects of train operation and emergency bus connection based on the distribution of passengers’ subsequent travel. Finally, the local network of Nanjing Metro is taken as an example to calculate and analyze. It is assumed that an emergency operation disruption occurs in a certain section of the metro line 1.The characteristics of the subsequent trip of affected passenger flow are studied and analyzed by the established redistribution model, which verifies the validity and feasibility of the proposed model and algorithm and provides data support for the formulation of detailed evacuation strategy in train operation adjustment and bus connection linkage. |
