| Switched reluctance motor has the advantages of simple structure, low cost, highreliability, high efficiency, large starting torque,speed control range, and a series ofcharacteristics, it is widely used in aerospace, household appliances, mechanics andelectricvehicle industry. Therefore, the research of the switched reluctance motor servo drive systemhas been a hot spot in the field of mechanical and electrical integration.In this paper,the CLC function of8-bit MCU PIC16F1508is applied to the design of theservo control system,and achieved good results.This paper first introduces the current situation of the development of the switchreluctance motor servo control system at home and abroad, and make a detailed analysis ofthe structure characteristics of switched reluctance motor and its advantages anddisadvantages, expounds the principle of its operation, and establishe a mathematical model.Based on the analysis of the characteristics, this paper analyzed the characteristic of differentcontrol strategies of switch reluctance motor.Using a0.37KW four phase8/6switched reluctance motor as the research object, thispaper introduces the design of the servo control system software and hardware. The hardwaredesign includes the design of the power conversion circuit, the control circuit and theperipheral circuit. PIC16F1508MCU is the controller, in addition, this paper includes thekeyboard and display circuit design, position detection circuit design, the commutation circuitdesign, the isolation circuit design.The power converter is the core of motor drive, the designadopts the "H" bridge circuit which has the minimum switching device, using the small powermotor drive integrated chip FCAS20DN60BB that the Fairchild company launched in2008torealize. The software includes the design of main program, commutation interrupt subroutine,speed detection subroutine and fault interrupt subroutine. The design uses the modular designmethod, which enhances the program portability. |
