Recently, with the advent of new electronic power devices and computer entering thecontrol area, the DC motor servo system that adopts full-controlled switching power deviceshas become the DC motor digital control mainstream. But the DC motor servo system’s H-bridge unipolar drive always exists the straightproblem that is on the same side between the upper and lower leg switch tube. The8bitsPIC16F1508microcomputer that itself can produce two channels complementary PWMwaveforms with dead zone puts forward a new way and thinking methods. The study of DC motor servo system emploies the PIC16F1508as controller, and adoptssimple external logic chip and optocoupler isolation chip to fulfill the H-bridge drive’s fourchannel PWM waveforms output. And it adopts the DC detecting speed motor to detect thespeed that is coaxial connect with the DC motor, and then uses the level conversion circuit toachieve the voltage of AD conversion and to feedback the speed. What’s more, the thesisachieves the speed of real-time display by I2C communication between the PIC16F1508andthe ZLG7290chip. The software uses the module design method so that strengthens itsportability. And the software includes the main program design, the fault interrupt subprogramdesign, the key interrupt subprogram design, the AD interrupt subprogram design, and theTMR0interrupt subprogram design. In conclusion, the article conducts the experiments for the DC motor90ZYT55, andachieves the good results. That explains the system’s feasibility and effectiveness. That hopesto provide a reference for the developer who is using microcontroller to control the DC servosystem.
