Intelligent microwave switch is a non-contact level meter, which is composed oftwo parts of the transmitter and the receiver, it provides a control signal for the PLCsystem, and realizes the production automation. This detection of intelligentmicrowave switch emitter is a portable instrument; it is the follow-up product ofintelligent microwave switch, which is designed to detect the transmitter. It has a role intwo aspects: first, it can be used to detect that whether the circuit board is workingnormally after all component are welded; second, it can be used to detect rapidly thesituation of the microwave signal sent by the transmitter in the industrial field, in orderto facilitate the site more convenient for debugging and maintenance.This paper discusses the design and implementation of intelligent microwave switchemitter detector from two aspects of hardware and software. Intelligentmicrowave switch emitter detector is composed of three parts, waveguide in the front isused for receiving microwave waveguide signal, the middle module is used todemodulate the signal of microwave, and the last module is used to display eachparameter of the effective signal. MSP430F149was chosen as the core CPU, its lowpower consumption characteristic is very much in line with the portable instrument.Intelligent microwave switch emitter detector designed in this paper is provedto meet the design requirements.
