As a global communication protocol short-range wireless standard, bluetooth technology aims to establish common low power consumption, low cost and the standards of its software. This thesis describes the bluetooth wireless communication technology in the wireless network of power quality monitoring applications through theorization way.and to and to discusse the technology of building the electric power quality monitoring module.First, this paper make an analysis about the theory of electric power quality acquisition on account of bluetooth WLAN, then makes a detailed design of data acquisition and processing module. And secondly, in the bluetooth technology application field, a kind of development project based on bluetooth host controller interface is proposed in this thesis. Focusing on the solution of the theoretical basis of bluetooth HCI agreement, and the software and hardware of the HCI have been analyzed, solving a series of problems about complex agreement in high-level and the high cost in buying the application. Finally, the thesis plans a whole design about the power quality monitoring system based on bluetooth wireless local area network, which not only realizes the replacement the limited cable transmission by bluetooth wireless equipment and takes the use of personal digital assistant PDA achieving in the field of real-time monitoring, and dispense with lot of expensive display device, while meeting the mobility and reliability requirements.In order to validate the availability of data acquisition and processing module,the standard data of power quality monitoring have been simulated in this thesis, and the simulation results verify the feasibility of the module. Through the tools of data collecting and display in PDA terminal, electric energy quality monitoring data can be harvested from bluetooth equipment, so it is realized that the real-time wireless power quality monitoring function.
